Building Resilient Classrooms

Overview

A comprehensive blend of positive behavior supports, restorative practices, trauma-sensitive practices, & social-emotional learning seamlessly integrated into a coach guided course. Educators will participate in 1 Coach-led group session per month for 9 months.  Access to our online portal will provide educators with one asynchronous module per month to complete on your own. Each module has a video, guided notes, printable materials, and tips to help implement new strategies into your classroom environment.  Each module has an assigned goal to ensure you are on track, meeting your goals, and have support while you create a safe & supportive environment in your classroom. 

Dedicating 1 hour per month in our coaching environment will allow educators to be empowered to create a safe & supportive classroom environment.  In addition, participants interact with other educators who are also creating resilient classrooms, providing a valuable support system to all participants.

      Module 12: Differentiated Instruction for Resilience

    • How to plan for differentiation using product, process, content, and student choice

      Module 13: Data-based Decision Making Made Easy

    • Understand Key Types of Educational Data: Recognize academic, behavioral, and attendance data and their sources.

    • Learn Basic Data Analysis Techniques: Apply simple methods to analyze data and identify trends.

    • Implement Data-Driven Strategies: Use data insights to adapt instruction and support student needs.
